Practice rooms available for rent
Room 1
Used as a more medically oriented treatment space, well suited for bodywork, massage and consultation. It features an electronic treatment bed, a cupboard for storage during sessions, and a table with chairs for consultation, supporting both hands-on treatment and clinical discussion.
Room 2
Designed as a holistic treatment space, offering flexibility for both table-based and floor-based work as well as consultations. It includes a foldable, removable massage table, two cupboards for storage during treatments, and a table with two chairs for consultation, allowing the room to adapt easily to different therapeutic approaches.
Room 3
A double treatment space with the front room set up with a desk and chairs for consultation, making it well suited for talk-based therapies. The back room is equipped with an electronic treatment bed and a cupboard for storage during treatments, supporting bodywork and medically oriented practices.
Waiting Area
The waiting area is cozy and bright, filled with plants and arranged with comfortable seating for multiple clients. Filtered water and a selection of tea are available, creating a calm and welcoming space before and after sessions.
Kitchen
A simple kitchenette is available, including a fridge, plates, and cutlery. Personal storage boxes are also available, allowing you to securely store and organise your work belongings on site, so you can work comfortably without needing to carry everything with you each visit.
Bathroom
The bathroom offers fresh hand towels and a small selection of essential female hygiene products for your comfort. The space is kept clean, simple, and thoughtfully maintained.
Practice rooms are available seven days a week, with morning (08:00–15:00), evening (15:00–22:00), or full-day time slots. Rooms are offered on a long-term, contracted basis, providing consistency and continuity in your practice. Once a time slot is selected, a contract is arranged and that time is reserved exclusively for you each week. Rent is paid at the beginning of each month, with ongoing contracts in place.
Each practice room is thoughtfully equipped to support wellbeing and therapeutic work, with a massage table, bolster, eye pillow, and massage oils, alongside a Bluetooth music player, aroma diffuser, and salt lamp. Comfortable seating is also provided for consultation and talk-based therapies, allowing practitioners to move seamlessly between modalities. A clean and calm restroom is available for both practitioners and clients.
The space includes an entrance area with coat hooks and a shoe rack for ease on arrival. Practitioners and clients have access to internet, along with a selection of tea and coffee, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. A shared kitchenette and personal storage space are available for practitioner use only, offering continuity and ease within the space.
PRAXIS RADA is nestled in the heart of Friedrichshain, just a short walk from the lively Boxhagener Platz, with its cafés, restaurants, and weekend markets. Surrounded by a vibrant yet relaxed neighbourhood, it is within easy walking distance of the U5 Samariterstraße station and Tram 21, and close to Frankfurter Allee, Frankfurter Tor, and Ostkreuz, making it easily accessible for clients.
